Rodrigo Krug is an engineer and operations, supply chain and sourcing consultant, founder of R. Krug Consultoria, based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, and working globally. For over 20 years he has helped technology and manufacturing companies structure their operations, supply chain, crowdfunding with international fulfillment, and production with suppliers in China. He founded and ran Cliever for 11 years — Brazil’s first SLA 3D printer and one of CNI’s 22 Innovation Cases — and leads operations and global supply chain at Loot Studios, with 5 distribution hubs and customers in 60+ countries.

Engineer by training, operator by trade. For over 20 years I’ve turned manufacturing, supply chain and strategy into results that show up on the balance sheet — not in slide decks.

I founded Cliever and ran it for 11 years: Brazil’s first SLA 3D printer, exports to 15+ countries, a team of 50+ and CNI recognition among the country’s 22 Innovation Cases. Today I lead operations and global supply chain at Loot Studios.

    I lead production, global supply chain and the B2B sales team, including expansion into Austin (USA).

    • Ran the Malediction crowdfunding: 3,000+ orders, US$ 700k+ in revenue and 60+ countries served.
    • Built and coordinate 5 global distribution hubs (USA, Canada, UK, Netherlands and Brazil).
    • Planned and ran 10+ international trade shows (Gen Con, Spiel Essen, UKGE, Adepticon), reaching 120k+ visitors.
    • Redesigned the global supply chain and implemented Lean, continuous improvement and integrated KPIs.
